Nice little park to do some loops early in the morning. I enjoyed the paved path and it was trash free for the most part. Like other reviewers have stated, I found the creek to be a little gross and there was a bad small coming off it in some parts. Plenty of folks still appeared to come out and use it however so that's a plus.

only giving it two stars because the area is nice and the trail is beautiful!! unfortunately, there were a lot of homeless men on the trail making comments towards me and the woman walking ahead of me. don’t think i’d go back for that reason. luckily I had my dog with me, but just wanted to to put this out there for any women thinking about going alone.

It's a nice park, but the creek is a trash pit. Disgusting.

Somewhat of a hidden gem tbh. Wish I found this place sooner. Great place to walk your dog, or exercise. Park is safe, also well kept thanks to one of the units on Fort Cavazos doing routine clean ups. Most of the route isn’t shaded, so plan to get there early if you’re not acclimated to the heat. There are, however, plenty of places to stop in the grass and take a break under some trees without crowding. Fur parents, bring your own doggie bags as some stations are empty. Haven’t found accessible bathrooms (yet) so do so before you get there.

The Andy K. Wells Hike and Bike Trail is located in Community Center Park in Killeen. The trail itself is paved and suitable for all. There are also a few small pedestrian bridges and access to Nolan Creek. If you're in the area you should definitely visit on a nice day.
